June Theme + Request Post

tardis_libraryRecs can be posted to this community at any time, so if you've stumbled over something great, no need to wait to rec it! In addition, however, we have monthly themes and seasonal challenges. Our May theme is now officially closed, and here is our theme for June:
Sixth Doctor // Gallifrey
"In all my travelling throughout the universe, I have battled against evil, against power-mad conspirators. I should have stayed here. The oldest civilisation: decadent, degenerate, and rotten to the core. Power-mad conspirators, Daleks, Sontarans, Cybermen - they're still in the nursery compared to us. Ten million years of absolute power. That's what it takes to be really corrupt." (The Ultimate Foe.)
For this month's theme, rec works featuring the colourful Sixth Doctor or anything or anyone from his era, whether on TV or in the wider DW universe OR any works featuring Time Lords or Gallifrey, or, of course, both together.
Post your recs to the community in the normal way any time from now until midnight on 30th June 2019 in your timezone. (See Info & Guidelines for posting template and instructions). Recs posted for monthly themes have their own tag with banners every six months for reccers who posted something for every theme in that time.
When making your post, make sure you add the tag "other: monthly theme". (The mods will take care of any other needed tags, as usual, but which challenge/theme a rec is for could easily be missed.)
The current Seasonal Challenge is Rccer's Bingo, open for signs ups and posting till 14th Sept 2019!

In addition, anyone may make requests for any recs they want. (e.g. "Fourth Doctor fic, not on Teaspoon," "Cheerful Bill Potts artwork," "Leela vid," "recent Ten/Rose," etc. etc.,) If you are only interested in one medium, don't forget to specify fic/art/vid/mix/icons/podfic etc. in your request.
Current requests:
* Second Doctor era gen fic, any character(s), any genre (auroracloud)
* Two/Jamie and Zoe/Isobel fic not on Teaspoon or AO3 (auroracloud)
* Classic Who fanvids, any Doctor/TARDIS team (music, no/minimal audio quotes preferred), especially out there on tumblr/YT (thisbluespirit)
* Twelfth Doctor h/c that's not on AO3 (any pairing or gen) (ruuger)
* Rose/Nine fic, any genre, anywhere (anon)
