Reasons for reccing: It's a great fic of the Twelfth Doctor meeting Ian and Barbara on one of his trips to Coal Hill School. It's delightfully down-played, helped by being from the Doctor's point of view to start with, and then Clara's. And it's great how it equates the Twelfth Doctor's caretaking activities to the First Doctor's kidnapping activities.

Another one for the seasonal challenge, because I was rewatching this vid and realized that none of

Reasons for reccing: This is a wonderful, happy-making vid, which conveys the wonder and the joy and the poignancy (the whole "saddest songs" line!) of the show and shows how all of it is new and exciting for each new iteration. I love that it starts with the current and still new Team Tardis and then broadens to include all New Who Doctors and companions, and even a couple of recurring and minor characters.
