Reasons for reccing: It's one of the loveliest Bill/Heather fics I've read, or possibly the loveliest, giving us some of the future relationship and adventures between Bill and Heather that I wish the canon had spent more time on, too. This story goes further than any in exploring their post-canon water-nature, in a creative and delightful manner, as well as how they might go on about returning to a more familiar existence. Little nods to other parts of Doctor Who canon, gorgeous writing, and amazing descriptions of the universe amounting to what one commenter called "astrophysics porn". It was written for this year's Femslash Exchange and posted a few weeks ago, so it fits the monthly theme of "new".
