TARDIS point of view recs

auroracloudAll right, I'm finally trying to get some rec-bingoing done. I don't know why it's taken me so long to get started, but hey, there's still time for a bingo line before the end of the month!
I'm starting with several recs for the "Robots/Androids/AI" square of my bingo card. I'm making the assumption that the TARDIS counts as an AI, because I love TARDIS centric fics, TARDIS POV, treating the TARDIS as a character and even shipping (...timeshipping?) the TARDIS. In various exchanges over the past year, I've been gifted with three wonderful fics from TARDIS point of view, and because I can't pick only one of them, I'm reccing all three.
