Reasons for reccing: The monthly theme of Seventh Doctor reminded me I haven't yet gone out to look for much fic from that era, so I naturally had to go and look up some fic about the fabulous Brigadier Winifred Bambera from Battlefield, as she is The Awesomest. I found this delightful, funny little fic about Ancelyn and Winifred daring the dastardly threat of kitchen appliances. In the show I loved Ancelyn's awesomely ridiculous epicness and Bambera's fabulous efficiency, and much enjoy reading about them encountering domestic trials. I could read an entire series of fics about Ancelyn and Bambera and various household activities. (Hmm, better go drop a prompt at who_guestfest!)
