May Theme + Request Post

thisbluespiritRecs can be posted to this community at any time, so if you've stumbled over something great, no need to wait to rec it! In addition, however, we have monthly themes and seasonal challenges. Our April theme is now officially closed, and our theme for May is:
Torchwood
"Outside the government, beyond the police. Tracking down alien life on Earth, arming the human race against the future. The twenty-first century is when everything changes. And you've got to be ready."
May is the turn for the other secret military outfit in the Doctor's lives. Yes, stand aside for the angsty, multishipping band otherwise known as Torchwood. Whether it's historical Torchwood, evil Torchwood, later Cardiff Torchwood (evil optional) or any other brand of the Intitute, this month is their time to shine, so bring out your favourite fanworks featuring anything connected to Torchwood.
Post your recs to the community in the normal way any time from now until midnight on 31st May 2020 in your timezone. (See Info & Guidelines for posting template and instructions). Recs posted for monthly themes have their own tag with banners at the end of the year for reccers who posted something for at least six out of the twelve themes over the year.
When making your post, add the tag "other: monthly theme". (The mods will take care of any other needed tags, as usual, but which challenge/theme a rec is for could easily be missed.)
The current Seasonal Challenge is Alphabet Soup, ongoing till 22nd June 2020!

In addition, anyone may make requests for any recs they want. (e.g. "Fourth Doctor fic, not on Teaspoon," "Cheerful Bill Potts artwork," "Leela vid," "recent Ten/Rose," etc. etc.,) If you are only interested in one medium, don't forget to specify that in your request.

* Second Doctor era gen fic, any character(s), any genre (auroracloud)
* Two/Jamie and Zoe/Isobel fic not on Teaspoon or AO3 (auroracloud)
* Classic Who fanvids, any Doctor/TARDIS team (music, no/minimal audio quotes preferred), especially out there on tumblr/YT (thisbluespirit)
* Twelfth Doctor h/c that's not on AO3 (any pairing or gen) (ruuger)
* Rose/Nine fic, any genre, anywhere (anon)
* Jack/Esther fic (Torchwood) -chamilet
