December Theme + Request Post

In addition, however, we have monthly themes and seasonal challenges. November's theme is now officially closed, and the theme for December is:
Ninth Doctor // Blue
"You can stay there if you want. But right now, there's this plasma storm brewing in the Horsehead Nebula. Fires are burning ten million miles wide. I could fly the TARDIS right into the heart of it, then ride the shock wave all the way out, hurtle right across the sky and end up... anywhere. Your choice." (World War Three)
This month is for highlighting recs featuring the Ninth Doctor and anything or anyone from their era. Or you may focus on recs that tie in with the word 'Blue' - interpret it anyway you please - blue-palettes in art, fic about the TARDIS, feeling blue etc. etc. As ever, if you can find recs that match both themes, go right ahead and share!
Post your recs to the community in the normal way any time from now until midnight on 31st Dec 2021 in your timezone. (See Info & Guidelines for posting template and instructions). Recs posted for monthly themes have their own tag with banners at the end of the year for reccers who posted something for at least six out of the twelve themes over the year.
When making your post, add the tag "other: monthly theme". (The mods will take care of any other needed tags, as usual, but which challenge/theme a rec is for could easily be missed.)
Our current Seasonal Challenge is TV Tropes, which is still open until 22nd March 2021 for claims and posting!

Anyone may also request any specific recs they'd like to see. (e.g. "Fourth Doctor fic, not on Teaspoon," "Cheerful Bill Potts artwork," "Leela vid," "recent Ten/Rose," etc.) If you are only interested in one medium (fic/vid/art etc/), don't forget to specify.
