Creator's Summary: River Song and the Eighth Doctor, sharing an intimate moment amid swirls of starry lights and golden regeneration(ish) energy, as commissioned by one of my lovely patrons. A month of work, between concept, lineart and painting, but worth every minute!

Warnings/Notes: some slight nudity, romance. Used for the "light" prompt on my bingo card.
Reasons for reccing: This is another spectacular art by Saimain! I love the romance in this, obviously, but the brilliance of the light around them, almost like regeneration energy, is breathtaking. The figures are well done too, looking just like the actors. The moment is intimate and serene, and the way the artist has painted their hair is just gorgeous. I also like the way the light sort of fades into the background, but the characters are sharp in the foreground. A beautiful piece.
