Reasons for reccing: I was sorting through some bookmarks and spotted that this never got recced on calufrax and rushed over here to make good that omission. It answers the (obviously very important) question of how Eleven got into the cake in Vampires of Venice, and it's charming and funny, with perfect Eleven-voice, and is now absolutely what happened in my mind. Plus, it has cake. Even if it's not a real one.
