July Theme + Request Post

thisbluespiritRecs can be posted to this community at any time, so if you've stumbled over something great, no need to wait to rec it! In addition, however, we have monthly themes and seasonal challenges. Our June theme is now officially closed, and our theme for July is:
(Other) Time Lords// Subversion
"The Harp of Rassilon... I never knew he was musical." (The Five Doctors)
This month belongs to those named Time Lords we've met who aren't the Doctor or the Master. Yes, it's time to share your favourite fanworks featuring other renegades like the Meddling Monk, the Corsair, or the Rani, those they ran away from, like Borusa, or those recently-displaced legends, Omega and Rassilon. It's also the month for trope subversion, or, indeed, any other kind of subversion that works for you. Or, as ever, both combined in one amazing fanwork featuring Chancellor Flavia subverting the sex pollen trope.
Post your recs to the community in the normal way any time from now until midnight on 31st July 2020 in your timezone. (See Info & Guidelines for posting template and instructions). Recs posted for monthly themes have their own tag with banners at the end of the year for reccers who posted something for at least six out of the twelve themes over the year.
When making your post, add the tag "other: monthly theme". (The mods will take care of any other needed tags, as usual, but which challenge/theme a rec is for could easily be missed.)
Our current Seasonal Challenge is Reccer's Bingo, which is open for sign-ups till 24 September 2020!

In addition, anyone may make requests for any recs they want. (e.g. "Fourth Doctor fic, not on Teaspoon," "Cheerful Bill Potts artwork," "Leela vid," "recent Ten/Rose," etc. etc.,) If you are only interested in one medium, don't forget to specify that in your request.
Current requests:
* Second Doctor era gen fic, any character(s), any genre (auroracloud)
* Two/Jamie and Zoe/Isobel fic not on Teaspoon or AO3 (auroracloud)
* Classic Who fanvids, any Doctor/TARDIS team (music, no/minimal audio quotes preferred), especially out there on tumblr/YT (thisbluespirit)
* Twelfth Doctor h/c that's not on AO3 (any pairing or gen) (ruuger)
* Rose/Nine fic, any genre, anywhere (anon)
* Jack/Esther fic (Torchwood) -chamilet
Simply make your requests in the comments here to be added to the list. (Anon commenting is on.) If you make a rec that fills any of these requests, please add the "other: request" tag to your entry so it can be found easily.)
