June Theme + Request Post

thisbluespiritRecs can be posted to this community at any time, so if you've stumbled over something great, no need to wait to rec it! In addition, however, we have monthly themes and seasonal challenges. Our May theme is now officially closed, and our theme for June is:
Daleks // Science
"Evil? No. No, I will not accept that. They are conditioned simply to survive. They can survive only by becoming the dominant species. When all other life forms are suppressed, when the Daleks are the supreme rulers of the universe, then you will have peace. Wars will end. They are the power not of evil, but of good." We've been going for over two years now, so it's probably time to allow this month's theme to centre around the Doctor's oldest and deadliest foes - the Daleks! It's also the month for works that feature science in any way, whether Mad Science, actual science, science themes or scientific bafflegab or you just want to reverse the polarity of the neutron flow. Time to share your favourite fanworks showcasing one or both as you please.
Post your recs to the community in the normal way any time from now until midnight on 30th June 2020 in your timezone. (See Info & Guidelines for posting template and instructions). Recs posted for monthly themes have their own tag with banners at the end of the year for reccers who posted something for at least six out of the twelve themes over the year.
When making your post, add the tag "other: monthly theme". (The mods will take care of any other needed tags, as usual, but which challenge/theme a rec is for could easily be missed.)
The current Seasonal Challenge is Reccer's Bingo, open for sign-ups till 24 September 2020! It's never too late to join in.

In addition, anyone may make requests for any recs they want. (e.g. "Fourth Doctor fic, not on Teaspoon," "Cheerful Bill Potts artwork," "Leela vid," "recent Ten/Rose," etc. etc.,) If you are only interested in one medium, don't forget to specify that in your request.

* Second Doctor era gen fic, any character(s), any genre (auroracloud)
* Two/Jamie and Zoe/Isobel fic not on Teaspoon or AO3 (auroracloud)
* Classic Who fanvids, any Doctor/TARDIS team (music, no/minimal audio quotes preferred), especially out there on tumblr/YT (thisbluespirit)
* Twelfth Doctor h/c that's not on AO3 (any pairing or gen) (ruuger)
* Rose/Nine fic, any genre, anywhere (anon)
* Jack/Esther fic (Torchwood) -chamilet
Simply make your requests in the comments here to be added to the list. (Anon commenting is on.) If you make a rec that fills any of these requests, please add the "other: request" tag to your entry so it can be found easily.)
