Reasons for reccing: Well since the monthly themes are Third Doctor and Fluff,  this seemed fitting.  This story is a lot of fun. Three, Jo, and co. interacting with a child in a situation that feels like something from the UNIT era.  And, without giving anything away, there's a positively excellent moment involving the Master that made me smile.
