It's written by none other than our lovely comm admin. I'm all for endearing, humorous Vicki & One fic, and they're both delightful in this.
This is also my fill for the bingo square "Supernatural" in my reccer's bingo card. I don't go out to seek supernatural fics in the Whovian fandom (at least, more supernatural than about 75 % of the show's science is already), so yay for some light-hearted necromancy/magic.
