Reasons for reccing: For the monthly Alternate Universe theme. This is definitely a strange combination of AUs. (I wasn't sure if this needed to be under Warnings/Notes or here, but Spoiler Alert- The Doctor is a vampire here) But it's in-character and an interesting premise.
Also, this fic contains probably one of my favorite lines of description. :)
