Creator's Summary: This artwork was my contribution to the fanzine about the 12th Doctor and Clara Oswald for the benefit of One to One Children’s Fund.

My intention was to create a farewell scene between Clara and 12th in which they shared a long moment together in the last place where they were (I was dissatisfied with the farewell of the Christmas episode).

That’s why I painted a warm scene. A beautiful moment between two good companions. I hope you like it!

Reasons for reccing: I really like these scene here and I agree with the creator that this would have been a better farewell scene between the Doctor and Clara as they meant so much to each other. I love the diner setting, and even though the doctor is regenerating, he's smiling while in Clara's presence. It's really a beautiful artwork too, with great character portraits, color and lighting.

Reasons for reccing: This is the greatest tribute I have seen for the Ninth Doctor and I think it perfectly captures his character and arc that he had in the first series. It perfectly portrays all of his anger and rage, as well as his pain and guilt, and all of that builds into scene where he makes his choice to be a “coward.” The moment where he is forced to essentially relive the dilemma of the Time War and this time he makes a different choice, this vid perfectly shows that shift in his development and character.
