One moment he’d been fleeing through the halls of the space station, then he’d run slap bang into a man clad in green velvet who’d greeted him by name in the most delighted tone and then expected Jamie to know who he was. Or, Jamie runs into Eight and shags him in a cupboard.
Characters/Pairings: Eighth Doctor/Jamie McCrimmon, Second Doctor/Jamie McCrimmon, Charley Pollard, Zoe Heriot
Warnings/Notes: Contains some explicit sex between Eight and Jamie.
Reasons for reccing: Both for the monthly theme of multi-era, and for the seasonal challenge (due to being of type slash, and Jamie/Eight is a rare pairing, and also Charley Pollard as a character, though she's only got a fairly short part in this). I did kind of promise to bring more explicit slash on board, among other things. ;-) Anyway, I have a fondness not only for Two/Jamie but also for Jamie getting... involved with other, later Doctors. This my favourite story of that specific type, being fun, feel-good and feeling true to the characters. I loved reading it even before I was at all familiar with Eight, but now that I know him (and Charley) from the audios, it's even more fun.
