Reasons for reccing: For 2006, the year that Lucie Miller first appeared, a wonderful little tag to the end of her first season of adventures with the Doctor. Lucie, in the aftermath of Human Resources, wishes, for just one moment, that she had been 'special'. It's such a perfectly done and moving little character moment between the two - definitely one of those fics that I've packed away in my mind into being absolutely canon.
