Reasons for reccing: I read the fic enjoyed it, saw there was a podfic and it was less than 10 minutes, so gave it a try. And I was pleasantly surprised - I'm not into being read to, but this one was read well, with accents. The fic is good, but the podfic gives it more life.

Creator's Summary: Donna meets someone new and learns a few things about herself.

Reasons for reccing: This is set after "Journey's End" and therefore Donna and Martha have a very different starting point with each other, which is a fascinating imbalance at the start of their relationship. It ends up being a fix-it for Donna, but before it comes to that, I completely love her POV, the way she gets to know Martha and herself and at the same times feels that something isn't quite right. The build-up throughout is just great, and I love the Jack and Wilf cameos.
I initially found the fic through the podfic version, which I'm reccing here as well, because Sophinisba is a great reader and very easy to listen to.

For the Mind the Gap seasonal challenge - this technically counts for all the categories apart from reccers, and Sarah Jane is the only character who doesn't qualify.

Reasons for reccing: I'm not big on the idea of being read to, but when I decided to try some podfics I tried this one. Even though I dislike the Clyde/Luke ship. And yet I liked this. The story really builds up tension between Luke and Clyde, and in podfic form it just sucked me in.
