Rec [Fic]: Time, Tide, and Cal Lightman by Edana
Found this fic in my bookmarks a while ago and thought about reccing it, so the "Outsider POV" square on my brand-new Bingo Card seems like a hint:

Reasons for reccing: This is crossover with "Lie to Me" and I love it because it's an outsider POV on the Doctor. If you are unfamiliar with the show, the main thing to know here is that Cal Lightman and his people specialize in analyzing people's faces, microexpressions, and body language, in order to, for example, determine if they are lying during criminal investigations. I thought it was a fascinating idea to have Cal meet the Tenth Doctor without knowing anything about him, trying to figure him out, and being irritated by his alienness.
