I love Johannes VIII's style and humor, and this is one of my favorite of theirs. Very happy to see it recced here! "I'm gonna shoot the thing" and "bad will happen" have worked their way into the lexicon that my husband and I share. "No, don't do that." "I'm gonna shoot the thing."
