Well, since you asked - they are a nice tradition, but I also have to admit that for me, the reward is knowing that I participated in the challenge and filled one or all of the prompts. I feel like I want to put the attention on the recs anyway, so I don't need a banner as an additional incentive and I'm happy with you not making me one in the future. You've been doing a great job at keeping this comm running for years anyway! :)
